Rules of Swift SMS Platform
1. General Rules and Regulations
- Swift SMS provides automated SMS number activations for creating accounts on various platforms. It also allows purchasing of ready-made accounts and renting 4G/LTE proxies. The platform is not responsible for any account loss, hacking, or damages incurred after activation.
- Any attempt to exploit the system, commit fraud, or abuse functionality will result in permanent ban or legal action.
- Using Swift SMS for illegal activity or in violation of any country's laws is strictly prohibited. We cooperate with legal authorities if necessary.
- Swift SMS reserves the right to modify, add, or remove rules without prior notice.
- Messages from banks, government agencies, telecoms, or sensitive services are not supported to prevent misuse.
2. Submitting Support Requests
- You may contact support through the platform’s built-in Help Center.
- Clearly describe your issue and attach screenshots when possible for faster resolution.
- Offensive language, spam, or abuse toward support staff will lead to restrictions or account ban.
3. Using the Swift SMS Platform
3.1. Activations
- Follow instructions available in the Help section before making activations.
- Service functionality may be updated from time to time.
- Using activations for unlawful purposes will result in a ban and potential legal consequences.
- SMS purchased via “Any Other” services are not refundable, as the content cannot be verified in advance.
- Only SMS delivery is guaranteed — not the success of account creation, which depends on the user’s actions.
3.2. Number Rentals
- Extensions can be made only if less than a week remains in your rental period.
- If you manually request an extension after expiration, you’ll be charged for both the expired and new time.
- Renting for illegal activity is strictly prohibited and subject to enforcement action.
3.3. Account Store
- Account purchases must follow guidelines in the Help section.
- Functionality is subject to change by Swift SMS administration.
- Purchases used for fraudulent or illegal activity violate the terms and are punishable.
3.4. 4G/LTE Proxy Rentals
- Extensions allowed only within 7 days of expiry.
- Changing IP authentication is limited to once daily.
- Illegal usage of proxies is grounds for account suspension and legal notice.
4. Refunds
- All refund requests must be submitted through the support system with full context.
- Refunds for account store items are reviewed individually and not guaranteed.
- Swift SMS reserves the right to deny refunds if terms were violated.
- Withdrawals from wallet balances are not permitted.
5. Partnerships
- For partnership inquiries, contact our support team.
- Swift SMS reserves the right to modify or terminate partnerships at its sole discretion.
7. Payment Methods and Conditions
- Swift SMS supports card/bank payments through KoraPay and crypto deposits through NowPayments.
- Minimum deposit for KoraPay is ₦5,000. For crypto deposits, the minimum is $5 USD.
- All payments are non-refundable once successfully credited, except for failed number activations or expired requests as covered in refund policies.
- For card payments, make sure your bank card is authorized for online transactions. Payments may be declined if flagged by your bank.
- In the event of failed or incomplete crypto deposits, you may contact support with your transaction hash. Processing may take longer if confirmations are delayed or amounts are incorrect.
- For security, Swift SMS does not store sensitive card information.
- Any chargebacks or disputes made fraudulently will result in permanent account suspension.
